I had placed an order to be shipped to my home from the Tonawanda store after lockdown. They're always great, however something got mixed up and I never received my order. I got a hold of the Lackawanna store to ask about it, and they essentially solved my problem before I even finished talking. Exceptional customer service. The rest of my day seemed a little brighter after having spoken to them. Super friendly, just absolutely delightful.
