THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR AN ORDER THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE! firstly, they can't decide whether or not the aeropay name has to match the name on the order. i've had them say no, then immediately turn around and a second person say yes in the same transaction. this time, they not only said no, but told me it's illegal (it's not). this is extremely LGBT unfriendly behavior for the many trans people who have mismatching names, btw. so not only did they refuse to give me the product, but THEY STILL APPROVED THE AEROPAY TRANSACTION despite telling me they denied it! the charge is on my bank account right now, days later! if i didn't check, i never would have known. now i have to dispute this. zero product, but they get my money? and they claim this policy is so you can't defraud them by disputing the charge and saying you didn't make it. so they go ahead and do that themselves by making charges for orders they don't complete. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
