Long time customer of Zen Leaf West Loop at 222 South Halsted. Twice now I have purchased sealed 3.5g flower that had a broken seal and weighed short when I got home. Most recent purchase was Find Everyday Cannabis Singapore Sling. I called and spoke with a lead but the concern was handled in a dismissive way rather than being taken seriously. Once you leave the store you cannot return with the product, which makes this very difficult to resolve. Very disappointing experience for a regular customer.
