I was in need of garden mix for my vegetable garden. I have been coming here on & off for over 15 years. I had 3 loads of garden mix delivered to my home on June 4, 2020. On June 6th my workers & I started to move the mix into the gardens. As we were doing this we started to find debris. Pieces of carpet, glass, rubber, broken concrete & plastic. Also large sticks medium size rocks & lumps that were not clay that couldn't be broken up. I took 2 buckets of these materials to Bestes & showed them to the staff. The owner was contacted & I was told this is what I get in a garden mix! I was led to believe that it should have been compost manure & dirt. Instead I have a product that has no manure fill dirt & compost material so large I have to remove it. I paid $35.00 a yard for this. They refuse to replace it & told me I can buy manure, they sell it by the bag. I was also told they have no idea what I did to it after it sat covered in my drive for 3 days. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly but as for the owner, he hasn't owned the business for very long & has changed the quality of the product. They get a 0 stars for product & a 4 for the staff. I won't shop here again
