I started trying to place an order 6 weeks before I needed it. I kept getting customer service associates (who were very polite but not at all helpful) who were not at all empowered to handle sales and they would say that someone would call me back. No one ever did. Because I wanted the material for a bocce ball court there were not a lot of local options. I finally was able to place the order and was assured it would come in time for the work day I had set up with laborers. It did not come. It was three days late and I now have no means to install it. The delivery fee was also very high. If you're wondering why I didnt return the material when it came late it was because they wanted a $200 restocking charge to do so. Just wow. Don't use this place.
