Paid an extra $50 for 3 day expedited shipping. After 5 days I called and was told they had to fire a manager and my purchase was lost in the system and that it would be shipped that day. After 4 more days I called and they told me they shipped my purchase the day before. I asked that they refund the $50 for the 3 day shipping. They said they would check on it and call me back, they never called. Package arrived 2 days later after a total of 12 days after I ordered it. Since it was 9 days beyond the paid for and guaranteed delivery date I called again to request a refund on shipping, was again told they would get back to me and again they never called. Stay away from this business. They don't deliver as guaranteed and are not honorable
