Extremely poor customer service. Approximately a week after the hydrosod application, the area did not look right. We called Greenscape 3 times over the following 3 weeks asking them to come out and take a look. He kept putting us off saying it was his busy time of year, and suggesting too much water, too little water, etc. When they finally came out, it was a fungus which had destroyed 50% of the new growth. He offered to re-seed for an additional $400. The lack of customer service was the cause of the problem becoming out of control. I would never recommend this company.
