worst customer service I had experienced in a long time!. Yesterday I bought bio live just to realize when I got home that the box has been marked as expired. I thought no big deal it happens I'll make a 20 minute drive the next day to correct it and get a different box. I show up with the expired box in hand. waited for 5 minutes because the cashier was having a casual conversation after the client he helped was done paying.. I told him about the expired product he told me that the product should be good for another five years and to ignore the manufacturing label. I said I would like to replace it. After that, some big guy I don't know if it was the owner comes up to him and said that all of the boxes are marked as expired and it must be a manufacturers error and that he's going to continue selling the product . he could issue me a refund. Never acknowledging the fact that I'm standing right there or apologizing for the inconvenience. Instead made it seems like it was my fault that I noticed the box was expired. I'll never go back there again. Nor will my friend. You could find us at Sun Life farming.
