While this store is great most of the time, I just had a very upsetting experience about their return policy. They were out of the Happy frog that I usually buy, let the guy know I was on a very tight budget so asked for a substitute. He said the Lush soil was a bit more expensive but lots more amendments. He neglected to tell me I was also getting 1/2 c. ft. less soil. I bought it + 3 cubic feet bag of other soil which he loaded into my vehicle. In any case when I got home I noticed the Lush very light compared to the happy frog bags I can barely lift plus the bag seam was cracked leaking soil. Called today found the Happy frog back in stock, wanted to exchange it, then told all sales final, no matter if the bag is cracked or that the salesperson didn't inform me that I was getting less soil for me money. In the end the assistant manager said he'd pay me for the bag out of his pocket for the soil. I refused to accept this solution as it is the wrong thing to do. Store management should cover problems like this, not the staff that work there.
