I called Here We Grow in a panic last week. The grow light I bought there a couple of years ago had just died. I was 4 weeks into my grow cycle and had no backup light. Doug informed me that he was a new owner but I shouldn't worry; he would take care of me. He contacted the company that manufactured the light and in under a week got me a replacement driver for free. He not only got me the replacement driver, he also lent me an LEC light to keep my girls happy until the new driver arrived. I had never met Doug before nor had I done business at Here We Grow since he became the owner. It did not seem to matter at all. He understood the bind I was in and did what was needed to solve my problem. Amazing customer service. Thank you Doug! PS My girls are doing great.
