Went to return a grow tent. Brought home and it was defective. Spoke to person I have felt with the other 10 times I went there and because it was only 10 days I could return. Went in and asked for the person I have talked to and who cashed me out every time I have been there. Here comes the manager and asks me why I'm asking for "someone beneath him". I asked why does it matter "I don't like when people bring in returns and ask for someone beneath me". I have never seen this kid before going there now I'm getting interrogated by a manager at a store I spent 1,000 dollars at. Will never go to this place again. Manger should be fired for making have to explain myself when I was sold a defective product that was old stock to find out I'll buy from amazon better prices and no assholes.
