Well, I am feeling quite disappointed with Marin Hydroponics right now. I went in there a few times and purchased things for my garden over the last 2-3 months. I spent a good amount of money there, and I was very happy with my purchases. At that time, a friendly and nice fellow helped me, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, too. I felt comfortable enough to call, - if I had any questions. So, today I did. Oh my, - Wow, - I came up against a WALL of rudeness ! I called back several times, because my plants matter more to me, - than some random person's rudeness, so I was feeling a bit brave. I got another person who was a bit nicer, but that one even hung up on me ! My mistake, as I was pretty much informed to not 'bother' them on Saturday ! My apologies, Marin Hydroponics. I will never "bother" you on a Saturday, or on any other day, - for that matter. I guess you did not like my money. Way to go, MH, as far as making gardening less fun. Not great, as far as customer service goes. SMH.
