I have completed 2 purchases online and have had a tremendous experience both times. There are lots of hydro shops where I live. They can intimidating places if you don't know what you're looking for or how to ask for what you might (or might not) need. Gary and his team are very responsive over email, and in at least instance, offered a much less expensive solution to a problem than they could have sold me - but didn't.
