I work in sales and have for years and I dont ask for a penny off of anything like most people do I dont want any favors done for me, all I want is to buy the product you are offering me at the price you have listed and talk to you as little as possible. As the seller YOU choose who you use for shipping and payments not the buyer so when a package dont come after 2 weeks and the shipping company cant find it then as a company that should be your problem not the buyers, but not with "we grow" they do nothing but say sorry and wait for the shipping company to do something. Now I guess if you didnt work in sales that might not be a huge thing to you however if you are someone who cares about return clients you send out a replacement and deal with the lost package on the back end and not make the client wait around for 2 weeks to not only not get it but have to order from someone else and now wait for MY money back for an something I never got, mother nature dont just call a time out. People understand shipping is 3rd party but its how you handle the 3rd party screw up that makes you a good company who cares about returning clients or not, and "We Grow" dont care about future business they just want to take your money. That sucks too I was honestly hoping for good things from them , I order stuff at least 3 times a month off Amazon and was hoping to find somewhere to build a relationship with but looks like this is not the place.
