Established in 1988 Choice Health began in 1988 as a family-owned store on Walnut Street Extension in Agawam, MA. In 1991 the store moved to Westfield, MA and in 2006, moved one shopping plaza over to its current location on on East Main Street. Choice Health continues to be be a family-run business, by the current owners, Suellen Duga and her son, Michael Dumond. Choice Health's mission is that 'Prevention is Superior to Treatment.' The goal of the store is to educate employees and the community as to how to take charge of their health by making wise lifestyle choices and continue to learn in the ever-changing industry.
