Established in 2021 Jenny Q founded her herbal company Jenny Q's Herbals in the 1990's, and opened her first retail location, Grateful Desert, in Joshua Tree in 2010. In 2019 Jenny and family moved to Oregon, and in 2021 she took on 3 partners for the retail side of the business. This new worker-owned company continues to run Grateful Desert, and opened a second store in Astoria, OR : Grateful Rain. Myshkin has been a touring musician for 3 decades and brings her knowledge of acoustic instruments to the Music Room. Jenny holds an RN license from the state of California.
