Established in 1969 Herbs, Etc. was founded in Santa Fe in 1969 by Michael Moore, widely held as the "Godfather of Herbal Medicine in America." In 1982, Daniel Gagnon purchased the store and began manufacturing herbal medicine from a manufacturing facility on the southside of Santa Fe. With the background obtained while working with Michael Moore, Daniel has formulated and produced over 45 herbal extract formulations. The retail store carries not only Herbs, Etc. products, but New Chapter, MegaFoods, Bach Flower Remedies, Newton Homeopathics, Super Salve, and Arbordoun Calendula Creams to name a few.
