Our experience is with an internet order for the herbal products specifically for pets. When I called to talk about the pet products before ordering, I got a LOT of helpful information. They were very friendly and truly cared about our pet's situation. They have a number of different tinctures and herbal mixtures. When you click on something on the list, it explains what it does, all ingredients, instructions, etc. The prices are relatively cheap, especially if it is a chronic issue that a vet seems unable to improve. It is all herbal so I don't think it could hurt. It is great that the herbal products are "freshly prepared with high grade, non-fumigated, non-irradiated herbs and as many certified organic as possible with each order." I was told the famous Dr. Shoemaker (the vet from Lancaster who is supposedly world renowned among vets for her homeopathic/holistic work) uses their herb products in her work.
