My mother and I have used Dr. Sullivan's products ever since they had a vitamin store in Los Angeles, CA. The entire families favorite was the Herb power 21, after they had closed their LA location my mother found the NHC website to purchase more of these remarkable products. However the customer service of NHC is awful. My mother ordered two bottles of Herb power 21, she also Ordered the Shea butter which was apart of a buy one get one free promotion. Once she opened one of her packages she realized that she was only Sent one Shea butter and one Herb power 21. After she reached out to customer service the representative implied that my mother was lying about her missing product, and claimed that it was "suspicious" how she only received one . As if they could not make a mistake while packaging her order. After implying that she was lying my mother hung up and never called them back, she took a loss of 40$ because they have awful customer service
