Usually the other way around, but in this case, the front desk/check in lady was super friendly and helpful. I could feel that she wanted to help. Guy with more authority on the other hand (believe his name was Jake) just left a bitter feeling in my stomach. Assumptive, unaccommodating, and insincere fake “friendliness” was all I got from him. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk lady who gave me an awesome first impression. Sadly, I had to call Jake out when he rang me up on not even applying the discount THEY advertise on their front desk to my order. Then he didnt know where my product was after I had paid, he had to ask for help finding it. So if you want your time wasted or wanna pay more than you should, just ask for Jake - he’s your guy!
