Affinity Wellness is a Functional Medicine physician practice. We started helping people obtain their medical marijuana card soon after it became available in the State of Florida. Obtaining your medical marijuana card can be difficult and confusing. We take care of it all for you. When you leave our office there is nothing more you will need to do. There are no same day approvals in the State of Florida and no matter where you go, everyone has to wait for approval, which can take 4-7 business days. We have never had anyone denied approval. Our initial appointment consists of a face-to-face evaluation with the physician who will review your medical issues, perform a physical examination, review how cannabis works, review the delivery methods available and provide you with the appropriate recommendations. The State of Florida has a yearly fee of $75 to obtain your card, which is in addition to our $199 fee. We offer a Veteran's discount as well as a referral program. With the referral program, you can significantly lower your cost, even down to zero, for your renewals.
