We are a small practice located in Poplar Bluff specializing in medical cannabis recommendations. We have a cannabinologist on staff. You will always be seen by an actual practicing MD, not a nurse practitioner or someone over a telemedicine connection (why is this important? Check out the physician recommendation paperwork, and pay special attention to the second question on the second page) You don't want to risk having a patient card revoked because your provider messed up! Our fees are competitive starting at $100 dollars for certification only, or $200 with all required paperwork (we pay your application fee for you!!). There is an additional state fee of $100 if you want to grow your own.
