I rarely write reviews for products that I purchased online. After reading the reviews that other users posted for 1ClassHumidors I was hesitant to do any business with them. But in this case, I'm glad I gambled and took the plunge to purchase a humidor. I was looking online to find a cigar humidor to upgrade one of my old ones that's about 25 years old. It took me a couple of days to look around and found the one that I liked. Found one from a cigar store that had the best price until I stumbled upon 1stClassHumidors. Their price was even better than the cigar store that I looked at . I thought it was too good to be true so I searched for reviews of the website. There are quite a few negatives regarding the staff and service at 1stClassHumidors . It got me thinking whether I should deal with the headache if I ordered from them. For the price that they offered, I took the plunge. Worst comes to worst, I would let my credit card company deal with them. Placed the order on 12/18/2021 . Then on 12/20/2021 I got an email from them to call and verify my order because of suspected fraud. Then on 12/21/2021 I called and spoke with Ms. Joyce who assisted me with the order and verified all the informations needed . She was a very nice and professional lady who took care of my order as it was intended. As soon as I hung up the phone, a few minutes later an email showed up in my inbox stating that my order was processed and shipped with a tracking number. Today, 12/23/2021 my humidor arrived. It came in an outer box with another box inside it packed with lots of bubble wraps . No signs of damage of any sort. For the price that I paid I did not expect the humidor to be this nice. But most importantly, it seals tight. Holding the lid opened about 5-6 inches then let it dropped . A "whooosh" sound could be heard. I just seasoned the humidor and let it sit to stabilized. Then the fun begins transfering the cigars over to the humidor. I don't know what went wrong with the other reviewers. But my transaction with 1stClassHumidor could not have been any better. I'm glad I took a chance and got a very nice humidor at less than half of what other websites are charging. 1stClassHumidors will be my go to place when I decide to upgrade my other humidors.
