Before I mention my experience I would like to say that I don't live in the area and this was my first and only visit to this smoke shop. I came in only for a Mr. Fog vape and was directed towards these products. I picked out the vape that I wanted and continued to pay for the device. I spent around $20 for the Mr. Fog only to find out after I left that I purchased a FAKE Mr. Fog. I am very aware that vaping and nicotine are very harmful to the body, but purchasing a FAKE Mr. Fog and using a FAKE Mr. Fog can be even more harmful to a consumer. I am highly disappointed that this smoke shop knowingly provided me with this FAKE device. I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed, so when I realized the device was not real it was too late to confront the employees. Please do not support a business that knowingly sells fake products as this is a scam. The pictures attached show the device and you can see that the mouth piece is backwards and when I attempted to verify the device on the Mr. Fog website the device was clearly FAKE. I not only want to bash this smoke shop, but to bring awareness to this issue for customers like myself.
