First time going into the shop . I saw they had a CBD sign out front so I thought I'd stop in and check out what they had to offer . I walk in and it looks really nice with lots of products from tobacco to incense sticks and vape stuff . I had to wait a bit for someone to come from the back area to greet me but whatever I was still taking in all the stuff they had to offer . I ask the guy behind the counter if they had any single pre rolled CBD joints and he just stares at me and says " what's that " . He then mumbles something about what he does have but I couldn't hear him clearly so I ask him to repeat which he does but that's it . I had to ask him where the stuff was and he points and says " over there " I'm like ok over there where ? You have a big ass store full of stuff and you point and say over there ? Pretty much no customer service skills whatsoever . I know it's a tobacco store and not Chick Fil A but come on man your a brand new store and people want to ask questions put a damn smile on your face and inform the customer . He showed me a little basket with some lollipops and honey sticks . I said again " you guys don't have single pre rolled j's? And then again points his half ass finger to another little basket where they have pre rolled joints. I ended up buying one of the pre rolled ones for 7 bucks which isn't that bad but I think I will stick to my usual spot and only come here if I have to . Just a bad taste in my mouth for my first time here . I will come back but only if I'm in the area and need something on the fly .
