I have visited this store multiple times. I have found the younger employees have been fine with their customer service. However the old man, the owner is horrible! I opened a conversation very calmly and respectfully regarding a product I bought the night before. When I got home it did not work and just wanted to let him know. He literally came at me like a rabid dog! I don't think he is able to speak calmly. He does not support the things he sells and is a horrible human! I have been in customer service my whole life, he is a terrible example, and should not be in this business!
