At one time, this establishment was my go-to spot when having a BBQ or party. The prices were decent and the guys working there, helpful. As I live closer to another distributor, I haven't frequented this establishment in quite some time, but recently, on two separate occasions I have stopped in on a Sunday or holiday to pick something up last minute. The first time was either Christmas or New Years Eve and the employee Wayne, who used to be VERY nice and helpful (one time he even shoveled our car out when it got stuck during a blizzard) was being extremely petulant and rude. OK, it was a holiday, no harm, no foul, everyone can have a bad day, but this last Sunday I came in looking for something different and once again Wayne was extremely rude to both myself and my girlfriend, going so far as to accuse her of opening a box of lambic (which she didn't, it was already open and as the box was unmarked, she pulled a bottle half out to see the label) and then attempting to extort $40 odd dollars from us, saying something like "It's $60, but I'll give you 20% off since you are now buying it because you opened it." and then made a huge production out of sealing the box back up in front of us. Adding insult to injury, I complained to the cashier and he too gave me attitude. At one time A & A used to be the only game in town, but not anymore, competition is stiff and they just lost a customer for life. The guys in the Greenridge plaza are 100% nicer and not prone to arrogance, give them your money.
