The worse customer service I have ever experienced, we bought a vape from them but we didn't know how to use it so we went to ask some questions about how to use it and stuff and the top wasn't closing properly, when we went the guy was so rude and started saying all of our sales are finals! We were like we aren't trying to return it we just want ask how to use the vape and he said I don't know how it works. So my question is when you are trying to sell something to your customer you know everything about the item but when something is wrong with the item you don't know anything about it hmm good customer service keep it up. Anyway buy things from that STORE ON YOUR OWN RISK CAUSE THEY DON'T WORK.
