The guy Ron is awesome but the younger guy is horrible. He doesn't know anything about the products. Don't even think about buying a vape from there. This is a review on the younger guy and his customer service. Went in with an issue from my vape pen that was bought there. He said to charge it. So I did. Once I got some juice into it I went to buy a new coil. I had the old one with me and he sold me a different looking one and said it would work. Still didn't work even fully charged. So I went to my vape shop next day and they gave me a working coil and it worked fine. I went back here to see what he could do about the faulty coil that he sold me and he told me that there were no refunds. Apparently if they sell you nonworking stuff they won't do anything either. Just left the busted coil there and walked out. I won't be back ever. Rather go to the Molly's next door for smokes and just wait till I can go to my goto place if its a cape issue.
