The owner is by far the most rude person I've ever encountered. Insisted my friend and I were using fake ID's despite us having completely real IDs with proof. Additionally, the products are all FAKE. Bought an airbar that didn't work at all and was told they don't do returns or exchanges and had to argue just to get an exchange that I didn't want, I just wanted a refund for the faulty product. Other airbars only lasted 2 or 3 days when they would normally last me a week and half at LEAST. While their products may be slightly cheaper than other places it is solely because they are getting fake and faulty products and essentially robbing their customers. Texas tobacco is right down the road from Amsterdam, go there instead for products that's actually work.
