Established in 2018 Arctic Vape & Smoke Shop, a women-Led company was founded in August of 2018, opened our first retail store November 2018, in Down Town West Warwick, Rhode Island. Our goal is to carry variety of quality products under one roof and provide a positive experience with every purchase.
