Well to start off it depends who you get because the younger guy and the woman were always so kind and good to me, they are the reason I've been coming here for almost a year now purchasing weekly. Everytime I had issues they would help me out even when they are about to close they still let me in. Today was such a disappointment from whoever was working 9/2/22. At night I purchased a flum vape on 8/30 which happens to be the same cashier that was present on 9/2. On 8/30 I wanted to try a new flavor since they didn't have my go to flavor that never gave me trouble. The guy mentioned not to get the new one because it was a bad batch. So I wasn't going to get anything. But he was pointing out more flavors and I said aloe grape since I haven't gotten it for a while and asked is that one a good one cause I've had problems before. And he said yes that's good. I didn't open till the 9/1 and then took a few puffs and it felt clogged. There's no way I just bought it still in package and everything. Since I've been going there for a long time I know they have a policy for defective flums (I've done it a few times for the same flavor being clogged and the other guy didn't even hesitate he even said whenever it's defective come back here.) so today I even call in the morning so I can save myself a trip before I head there if they are not going to honor it so I explained everything, and the person there said he had to ask and ended up saying to come. I go there after work and he literally opened the flum apart and saw that the liquid leaked to the battery. I asked if it was dangerous cause that clogged vape has happened to me before with the same flavor at that shop. So I was not comfortable getting the same flavor if that batch is leaking through the battery still. So I handed back the new aloe grape and was going to turn around and leave since I knew he was already blaming me for it being defective. I have no clue how it went left cause I soon felt belittled in front of other customers with him saying "you act like I'm supposed to know and you're asking so many questions" and I said well how did you know to tell me that the new flavor was "bad". Then he said well I smoked it. I did not want to stand there and be yelled at especially with a line forming so I ended it off with asking for another flavor and saying I will never come back here again. As I was walking away he yelled "No don't ever come back at all" so I said I won't. And I won't. :) there's many of places where they sell flums. This all could have been avoided if he just told me no on the phone.
