Other than recently, I loved this store. They carry everything I need and their products are genuinely solid. However, yesterday during the storm in villa rica I went up there and purchased some things and the power went out after sliding my card. My bank app wouldn't load in the store so we assumed it didn't charge it so I paid cash. After the storm passed, I was able to check my bank and it had charged me the full amount. I figure no problem, I'll call and maybe we can sort this out. The employees are sweet and did nothing wrong, but apparently the boss, "Amir" I believe is what I was told his name is is refusing to make this right. He says his bank has no record of it to take it up with my bank. So I did and I'm disputing the charge. However my bank says the charge is complete. I'm not one of those people who believe the customer is always right or anything, but I will definitely NEVER spend my money or my husbands money in one of these stores again. How are you ok stealing money from your customers when nobody did anything wrong. I wasn't offered store credit or anything I was pretty much just told "oh well handle it yourself". Very sad. But vape stores pretty much pop up overnight anymore. Just a lesson learned to be shared with others...true colors were shown and I don't know about you guys but I won't do business with a crook. I'm just glad I didn't lose more...I will never go to any ATL VAPE AND SMOKE AGAIN! And I'm telling EVERYBODY...all that had to be done was give me my money...value your customers...it's not that hard
