They are very nice and helpful. However there is a no return policy nor exchange. If you don't buy the right size cartridge or coil or whatever you are stuck with it. Just make sure everything fits and works properly before giving them any money. They will try to help you but if you are a novice and buy the wrong thing and try to exchange it for the correct thing you are out of luck. I feel bad for the employees because they have to give the bad news to customers all day. Even if you buy it and don't even get out the door your out of luck. Just a heart felt sorry.
