Yesterday around 230 pm on September 10 I bought a strawberry cream elf bar from the Vape store before I went to work. on my way to work I vaped it in the car and it completely stopped working, no lights come on no smoke came out, but I had to go to work And didn't have the time to return it right then. This morning September 11 I went into the Vape store around 9 AM and tried to exchange it. The guy absolutely wouldn't exchange it and only wanted to sell me another Vape. Don't do business with them. every other Vape store if I've ever had a problem with the disposable vapes just completely replaces it because they sold me a defective product. Aztec smoke shop is not for its customers it's just for profit selling bad or damaged goods. And why would I buy another disposable Vape from you guys with the possibility of it being damaged and just wasting another 25 or $26 it doesn't even make sense. If you want to keep customers you have to treat them right. If I could rate this place a zero I would. It's possible that it was just a bad employee working this morning.
