The guy who works at the front is very helpful and friendly and seems to know a lot about his products and is able to answer a full range of questions about vaping and vape related products and subjects passionately and articulately. It was definitely nice to shop somewhere where the employee knows about what they are selling and willing to help the only down side to big Vapor is the size and selection, it is a little shop and could use more of a selection of vapes and disposable pod system cartridges and devices but other than that great place and big selection of flavours
