I bought a dry vape pen from the manager. He opened the box in front of me for a reason I still don't understand. There is no manual for the unit so I have NO CLUE how to work it and to be honest, it isn't what I thought it would be. It says Vaporizer right on the box. It doesnt vaporize anything. It combusts the dry herb. This was my first foray into the vaping world and now im turned off to the whole thing all together. It is an older unit and the manager REFUSES to allow me to return it, unless the manufacturer will take it back. The Web site on the box is now defunct. There is no way i can contact them on my own and the only thing I did find online was a forum telling a girl "her first mistake was buying that model pen in the first place". I'm completely offended by the behavior of the manager to the point they will never have my money and business again. There is absolutely no logical reason for him not to allow me to return the thing, other than he wants to keep my 50 dollars I paid for an old, retired model of a vape pen from a company that is now out of business.
