I wish I could give them 0 stars. Went in to purchase a stem and a ashcatcher for my water pipe. Picked out a piece, and was not even allowed to look at it closely. Oh well, no problem, it looked great in the case. Bought it, brought it to my car, and noticed it was cracked when I opened it. When I went back in to exchange it, I was told by an older man (acting like he owned the store, so either the owner or the manager) that I probably dropped it in the parking lot. When I demanded an exchange, he begrudgingly obliged, and gave me a similar piece. Don't deal with this. Use the internet. GoGoPipes ships to MA in two days.
