Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I went today to pick up my Goose Island Bourbon County Stout allocation. I go to a register, and the cashier does not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I tell her what I'm there for after waiting about a minute to see if she will say anything to me. After I tell her what I'm there for, She rolls her eyes and walks away to get someone else. Not once did she say a single word to me. Binnys- hire people that actually have customer service skills. Because the person at your register today was absolutely terrible and needs training on how to interact with the public.
