I have been going to the smoke shop for a few months now and I've enjoyed every trip. The staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Alex and Fiji have both helped me on numerous occasions with suggestions and answering any questions I may have had. I definitely go back whenever I need anything without even considering other options.
