I have been using blu ecigs for 2 years. Everything was rocking along fairly well until blu changed/updated their website. Let me say from the onset that I like the product. It is more expensive than its' competitors, but I find it to have a bit better quality than what I had used before, VUSE previous to blu. My beef is the website and nonexistent customer service. Over a month ago, blu changed the format on their passwords and cancelled mine. There was no explanation on the web site that the required format had changed and to choose another password. I finally was able to get access to the website again. At that time, I was unable to sign into the blunation page to redeem points that are given with every purchase. This feature is important to me because I can redeem the points to get free blu products. It has been over a month and I am still unable to redeem my points. I have emailed, called, chatted with customer service on the website, and still no resolution. The only explanation that I have been given is that the problem has been turned over to IT and we have to wait on them to solve it. A month to solve a simple web access problem?? I can't even fathom that. Ridiculous doesn't begin to describe it. I notice that another review of blu from 2015 states that blu's customer service is excellent. It was in 2015 but not anymore. The web site is woefully inadequate and the customer service reps are no longer very helpful or accommodating.
