Very nice staff, went to this location for the first time and it was the same employee as the one I had gone to next to the Boston common, tyler, and he was very helpful and friendly, remembered who I was and made great conversation. Had some good laughs and would love to go back soon, especially if he's working there. All the employees I've met are honest and informative and overall lovely experience, product 4/5 can have defective batteries but customer service 5/5.
