Established in 1991 Books and Tobacco has always been a staple in the Mill Creek Shopping Center in Wilmington, Delaware where most people know it as a "newstand store" that carries books, magazines, lottery tickets and tobacco products. Owner Andy Somers purchased the business in 1991 from the previous owner of 20 years. We have expanded and changed many things over the last 22 years but remain true to the original "plan."
