I went int Buck as a new vape user. I asked the guy working there for a suggestion for a good device that did not leak. He suggested the Voopoo Vinci Air as a great model that didn't leak. Within a few day it started leaking. After 2 weeks the magnet that holds in the tank came out so I called and asked about the faulty product. He told me to stop in so they could take a look at it. When I got there the same guy looked at it and took it back to the manager. They told me to use some super glue to fix it. If you want someone that is knowledgeable, I would not recommend Buck's. If you're looking for a retailer to stand behind the products that they sell definitely do not go to Buck's. I will not be spending any more money there.
