Was searching for a specific cigar online and google recommended this place to have it. I called the store to make sure since I'm 1.5 hours away and the lady specified that they indeed carried it. I asked her what's the price? She said she isn't allowed to give prices over phone calls but I'm more than welcome to come in since they closed late at 8pm. Told her that sounds good I'm on my way. Drove 1.5 hours and add another 30 mins just to find parking since this place is in a busy downtown street. I entered the store to be greeted by a super loud barking dog. Non stop barking can't hear yourself talk. I told the lady I'm the one who called about the cigar. She says " oh yeah " looks down and then says " umm I honestly think we just sold the last few we had " I told her really? I said I'll be on my way. Anyways I think it would've been courteous for her to save at least one on the side for me but what I really think happened is she knew they sold it but didn't check if they had anymore in stock. I was not happy after spending all that time driving and looking for parking to leave empty handed. Not even a recommendation to buy another cigar from them I was just given a too bad for you kind of look. I went out to my car did some googling and found a place near by Clarendon Vapes & Cigars. Called them and they said they had it and sure enough they had a whole box full. The gentlemen even gave me a recommendation to try another cigar he thinks I'd like. They had nice service and was in and out in 5 mins.
