I gave this smoke shop a try last night to entertain my friend visiting from Columbia who wanted to enjoy some CBD for the first time. My choice to try a new vendor is now regretful. The sales lady was very polite and gave excellent service but the product sold to me was extremely disappointing. Improperly cured CBD flower at $25.+tx for 3.5 grams. The product was still moist and musky sealed in black containers. I didn't want to assume what I saw was bad product so smoked part of the product and decided not to use the rest to avoid more nasal irritation. The musky moisture created much smoke and vapor which caused an after math of mucus buildup. Today, I went back to the store and explained to the same sales lady who sold me the product what is wrong with the badge of CBD. She attentively listened, understood and contacted the owner to inform him of the poor quality. I returned the container with at least 2/3 of the product I purchased. She texted him and His response; no refund no exchange. She was instructed to offer me additional product from a different brand for purchase instead. I explained that I didn't expect or request money back but I certainly would not purchase more product at my loss while he has already gained. She offered me single prerolls as alternate additional purchase. The sales lady did her best but no offer made sense to improve the experience. My observation is that the owner does not care about the customer experience. He has the employee there to sell whatever makes him the dollar. My response to the employee: Thank you for your help; the owner can keep the rest of this product I returned since he wants to hold on to my money at all cost. I showed her proof of my grow projects so she understands I'm not just "blowing up smoke" As an experienced cannabis grower and licensed patient simply right this review to inform the general public to avoid this store until they wise up. At the moment it can only be categorized as an overpriced novelty & lifestyle store which dabbles in the CBD market. Wynwood has seen better vendors with the same "formula" disappear; e.g "Enlight"? It's gone. And they had excellent staff and superb product. There are plenty of other options to acquire good quality CBD. I left my name and number for the owner in case he comes to better senses. Always remember that every first purchase experience is of influence on long-term business. Many shops open and make a great first and lasting impression...they still close in Wynwood. I wish him good luck because he'll need it unless he honors honest feedback with value of every hard earned dollar spent at his business. @djcadabra
