Called to see if the lounge was open and got a response like I was dumb for asking. After that, I said I was thinking of swinging by and picking up a few sticks and was told to make sure I come in before 3. Two stars because I actually did enjoy the cigars when I smoked them 2 years ago but terrible customer service.
