What has happen to your quality control? I've been buying the Hot Rod extra smooth king size for about a year and a half. The last few boxes some of the tubes your filter comes out. At first maybe 5 to 10 , but the last box about 20+ tubes the filtera were bad. Please fix the problem so I can keep buying them. I really like your product better than others I have tried. Pete A.
