This is the very first smoke shop i have ever went into. I went in to look for Kratom as I have Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it really helps. The employee, Chamela was so helpful. He was more than patient with all my questions and even waited while I checked out the brand he carried online on my phone. I was hoping for a bigger selection, so I did not buy that day. He said he was getting some other kind in a few days. I calle three days later. It had not come in but he called another store and had them send some pictures over of the brands they carried.. He sent pictures to me within the hour of other brands. One was an organic one I had been looking for. After I told him which one I wanted, he had it brought over from the other store that same day! He texted me to let me know he had it. He went out of his way, was so nice, and went above and beyond for customer service!!
