The manager here is terrible. Not only was she horrible at customer service over the phone but they SELL BROKEN devices and she stated that she couldn't do anything about it. Her employee the other day did not even ask my boyfriend to test his device so she should be able to do something about the BROKEN device they sold us. Don't even bother coming here.
